Lydia is extremely competent and well informed. She organised our recent - amazing - trip to South Africa. She stuck to our budget whilst also giving us options. Lydia not only planned our itinerary but also took care of everything: She researched and secured our flights; she organised wonderful accommodation; created an information pack for us; checked us in; double checked our return flights even...She, or someone from Travel Counsellors was always at the other end of the phone so we were able to sit back and enjoy our holiday to the full. Lydia planned the most incredible holiday for us starting in Cape Town and along the Garden Route. When our flight was delayed by 4 hours, Lydia made sure that we were aware that we could claim compensation and helped us to do this. Thanks to Lydia I have managed to book up a dream trip for a surprise wedding anniversary gift for my wife.
