I wish to help peri/menopausal women with anxiety, who feel frustrated with their persistent weight gain and use food as a stress reliever.

Business Description

I work with people who are experiencing an emotional or physical issue which is holding them back or who are struggling to cope with life’s challenges and adapting to cope with change.

Often my clients have tried other approaches to solve their problem but deep down they still feel unhappy or stuck.

No matter what brings people to see me they do  have 3 things in common:

  • They are motivated to feel happier and healthier - so that they can make their life the best it can be.

  • They are ready to get their lives on track.

  • They are ready to take action and change.

It’s my passion - to help people become healthier and happier. That’s what I am skilled to do.

My specialism is anxiety and I particularly enjoy helping peri/menopausal women with anxiety, who feel frustrated with their persistent weight gain and use food as a stress reliever.

They want to: conquer their relationship with food, maintain a healthy body weight for good and find the confidence to handle whatever life throws at them. So that they can finally start enjoying life.

How am I different?

  • I use Solution Focused approach based on modern clinically proven, neuroscience based techniques.

  • I help people to understand how their brains work and why they get us stuck sometimes.

  • I teach people how to get their brains working better for them so that they can achieve the outcomes they want.

  • I guide clients through to find their own solutions to get their life back on track.

  • As a result they feel more positive, focused, confident and motivated.

  • Most people like the fact that we do this without unpicking the past.

  • Through solution focused techniques  I work with clients to focus on their future and what this will look like.

  • And  most importantly of all we uncover the steps that to get them there.
