Working as a Will Adviser for Secure Inheritance Legal Services Ltd.

I offer advice and take instruction from clients regarding their Will requirements and, just as importantly, their Lasting Power of Attorney (LPAs) mandates.

Wills - Helping clients legally ensure that everything they have worked for all their lives eventually goes to their family (or other chosen loved ones) and not to unexpected “unintended” others. With our “right” legal advice in place the client’s desired outcome can be maximized and better secured.

LPAs - Assisting clients, to legally ensure that their personal or business bank accounts are not suddenly restricted, or their business seriously disrupted, all as a result of an event the client really didn’t see coming. All this turmoil could be avoided or at least minimized if the client has the correct legal and financial authority in place now…before it ever happens.
