Can highly recommend Calvin from CS , we woke up to a leak in our bathroom on Boxing Day . Called CS & within 30 mins Calvin had called us back & was round within the hour . All sorted . CS respond so very quickly even on Bank Holidays thank goodness, they are the 4th emergency service.

I need to recommend CS Heating & Plumbing's monthly plan to everybody in the BoB Group. First, it gives you peace of mind that if you have a breakdown or fault then it will be sorted out. Secondly, it ensures that your heating system is inspected by qualified staff on a regular basis. This means that it remains safe and efficient.
On top of that, it also covers repairs to the heating system. Last week, we noticed a pipe joint was leaking. I contacted the office, an Engineer came the next day and fitted new pipework to resolve the leak.

As well as hearing from others only good things about CS, I have experienced at first hand the quality and reliability of service the company provides, with two jobs completed efficiently and professionally.

CS Heating’s use of technology to track jobs and engineer progress, contributes to their overall success in punctuality and keeping customers informed if a delay is likely. However one job undertaken for me coincided with a day of I.T. issues and the engineers were effectively working ‘blind’. What struck me was how professional they remained and how well they adapted, completing the work without fuss; a reflection on the quality of engineer employed and the level of training given.
